The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) was founded under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, which consolidated a number of legislation and directives that had previously dealt with food-related issues in several Ministries and Departments. FSSAI REGISTRATION
Easy to Apply

This certificate is a fundamental registration to meet your food startup's requirements. In general, if your yearly revenue is less than INR 12 lakhs, FSSAI Registration suffices to meet the legal requirements of doing business in India.

FSSAI STATE REGISTRATION
Easy to Apply

If your food business's yearly turnover exceeds INR 12 lakhs or you're a food caterer, you'll need a Food State License.

FSSAI cENTRAL REGISTRATION
Easy to Apply

If your food business's yearly sales exceeds INR 20 crore, or if you're an importer, or if you're providing food catering services in businesses and units under Central Government agencies like as Railways, Air and Airport, Seaport, Defense, and so on, you'll need a Food Central License.
